BOAT IS TO BE SOLD "AS IS WHERE IS". IN SPITE OF THE AGE OF THE BOAT, QUITE A LOT HAS BEEN RENEWED SUCH AS RIGGING (2018), NEW TRI-COLOUR NAVIGATION LIGHT, NEW ENTRANCE DOOR (2013) BUT RE-VARNISHED IN MEANTIME AND MANY OTHER SMALL  THINGS ON BOARD.
